1. Who We Are
The App is operated by NVB Tech LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of Armenia, with its registered office at Yerevan, Nar-Dos Street 2 Kentron 0018 (“NVB Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the NVB Tech mobile application (the “App”), a real-estate browsing application that allows users to search for, browse, compare, save, and interact with real-estate listings and related information.

The information we collect depends on how you use the App and the permissions you grant to us.
Information You Provide to Us
Depending on the features you use, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, telephone number, user ID, or other information required to create or manage an account; search information, including search queries, selected locations, property types, price ranges, number of rooms, and other search criteria; saved properties and preferences, including properties you bookmark, save, compare, or otherwise indicate an interest in; user communications, including information you provide when contacting us or submitting feedback or support requests; and other information you voluntarily provide through the App.
Search History
When you use the App’s search functionality, we may collect search terms, selected geographic areas, property characteristics and filters, search date and time, and interaction with search results. We use this information to provide and improve search functionality, remember your preferences, personalize your experience, and improve the App.
Browsing and Interaction Information
Because the App is designed for browsing real-estate listings, we may collect information about properties and listings viewed, properties saved or compared, links or buttons selected, pages or screens viewed, time spent using particular features, interaction with search results, and other information about your use of the App.
Location Information
With your permission, the App may access your device’s location. We may use location information to show real-estate listings near you, allow searches based on your current location, provide map-based functionality, improve search relevance, and provide other location-based features requested by you. You can control access to location information through your device settings.
Device and Technical Information
We may automatically receive device model and type, operating system and version, App version, language and regional settings, IP address, device identifiers where permitted, network information, approximate location derived from IP address where applicable, crash reports, diagnostic information, performance information, and information about how the App is accessed and used.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The App and services associated with the App may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used to maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide App functionality, understand how users interact with the App, diagnose technical problems, and measure and improve performance. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential technologies.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use information to provide the App and its features; display real-estate listings; process searches; provide maps and location-based functionality; save your preferences and favorite properties; maintain your account, if applicable; respond to your requests; personalize content and listings; analyze and improve the App; develop new features; identify technical issues; monitor performance; prevent fraud and abuse; protect security; and comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
5. Real-Estate Listings and Third-Party Content
The App may display real-estate listings, property information, photographs, maps, prices, descriptions, and other information obtained from third-party sources. Some information may be provided by third-party real-estate platforms, agencies, developers, brokers, property owners, data providers, or other partners.
NVB Tech may not control the privacy practices of these third parties. If you interact directly with a third-party website, application, service, real-estate agency, broker, or property owner through the App, that third party may collect information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
We may disclose information to service providers that support cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, authentication, security, mapping and geolocation, communications, data storage, and other technical services. We may also share relevant information with real-estate platforms, property providers, agencies, brokers, developers, or other business partners where necessary to provide a feature requested by you.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, legal process, or governmental request. Personal information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction. We may disclose information for other purposes where you have provided consent.
7. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The App may use third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) and services for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, mapping, infrastructure, security, and related purposes.
The actual list of third-party services may change from time to time.
8. Advertising and Tracking
The App may contain advertising provided by third-party advertising providers. Where applicable, advertising providers may collect information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements, subject to applicable law and your choices. Where required by Apple or applicable law, we will request your permission before engaging in tracking activities.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App and its services, maintain your account, provide requested functionality, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. When personal information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise process it in accordance with applicable law.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; request restriction of certain processing; object to certain processing; request portability of information you have provided; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
You may also control device permissions, including access to location, notifications, photos, contacts, and other device information, through your device settings.

11. Account and Data Deletion
If the App allows you to create an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at admin@nvb-tech.online
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are legally permitted or required to retain certain information. Deletion may result in the loss of saved properties, preferences, search history, and other account-related information.
12. International Data Transfers
NVB Tech and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country in which you reside. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will take appropriate measures required by applicable data protection laws to protect the information, including contractual safeguards, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms where required.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Privacy of Information Received Through Apple
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may process certain information in connection with your use of Apple devices, the App Store, and the App in accordance with Apple’s own privacy policies and terms. NVB Tech does not control Apple’s processing of personal information.
15. Links to Third-Party Websites and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, applications, or property listings. If you follow such a link, you may become subject to the privacy policy and terms of the relevant third party. NVB Tech is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites or services.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our data processing practices, applicable laws, third-party services, or our business operations. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or by other appropriate means. The “Last Updated” date indicates when this Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
